The steaks De Nachtwacht serves are originally from Argentina and Brasil. The cattle herd is mixed with Angus, Hereford, Sebu and Branco cows.

We prepare our steaks on a charcoal grill. By grilling on a hot open fire and just adding some herbs, we are serving one of the best and most tender steaks you will find in Amsterdam!
